Children: 2 (3.5 years + 5 months old)

Schedule:  

Ideally the schedule will be a split schedule of: 7:30-9:30am; 11:30-330. There is flexibility for a more traditional schedule for the right candidate: 

• Tuesday–Thursday: Approximately 7:30 AM–2:30 PM
• Friday: Approximately 9 AM–3:00 PM (with some flexibility in start time)
• Guaranteed 30 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours as needed

Start Date: August 10th 

Compensation: $29-32 BOE

This warm and thoughtful family in Madison’s Maple Bluff neighborhood is expecting their third child at the end of August and is seeking a calm, organized, and engaging nanny to join their family in early September.

Children: (4, 2, newborn)

Schedule: Proposed Schedule (Flexible):

• 12:00–4:00 PM: Focus on infant care (once baby is ~6 months old) 
• 4:00 PM: One caregiver (nanny or mom) picks up older children 
• 5:00–8:00 PM: Nanny and mom work together to manage after-school routines and the evening transition 

In the earlier months, while the infant is still very young, the role will include more household support and assisting mom as a mother’s helper.

Children: 1 (6 months)

Schedule: The nanny's schedule will follow the parents' hospital schedules, so hours may vary week to week. Schedule will be provided approximately three weeks in advance.

• Four days per week most weeks
• Schedule falls within the general timeframe of 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM (never earlier or later)
• Most days will have a later start time of 7am or later
• Guaranteed 35 hours per week
• Opportunity for up to 40 hours per week with advance notice

Schedule:

The schedule follows Mom's hospital rotation and will be provided well in advance each year.

• Hospital Weeks (approximately 17 weeks per year): Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM 
• Non-Hospital Weeks: Thursdays 7:30 AM–5:00 PM; all other weekdays 7:30 AM–2:30 PM 

The family offers guaranteed hours and a predictable schedule, allowing the nanny to plan well in advance.
