Tailor Made Nannies

Full Time Mother's Helper/Nanny: De Pere, WI

A kind, grounded, and intentional family recently relocated to the Green Bay area as Dad steps into an exciting new chapter of his coaching career. They are seeking an experienced, nurturing Nanny to join their household, support them through this transition, and grow alongside their family for years to come.

This position will begin as a Mother's Helper role, working hand-in-hand with Mom as the family settles into their new home in De Pere and Dad begins his summer training schedule. Mom is looking for a true partner during this season—someone who can provide an extra set of capable hands while building trust, learning their daughter's unique nutritional needs, and becoming an integral part of the family. Over the coming months, the role will naturally transition into a more traditional nanny position, offering increased independence and autonomy as everyone settles into a comfortable rhythm together.

As a family, they love exploring local coffee shops, trying new restaurants, staying active, and building meaningful community wherever life takes them. They are especially excited to put down roots in Wisconsin and make Green Bay feel like home.

They have a bright and joyful 2.5-year-old daughter who is truly a delight. She loves to chat and connect, is an avid book lover (she would happily read all day!), and thrives in creative play—painting, drawing, storytelling, and imaginative adventures. She adores being outside exploring nature and has a gentle, even-keeled temperament. She's quite the old soul for her age, with the sweetest, most thoughtful demeanor.

Screen time in their home is very minimal, and they are hoping to find a nanny who is thoughtful and intentional about how the day is structured. Their daughter is absorbing the world at such a rapid pace and truly thrives on stories, meaningful conversation, imaginative play, and hands-on learning experiences. The family is especially excited to get connected to local library programs and community activities in Green Bay and would love a nanny who is eager to help lead the way in exploring those opportunities.

Family Values & Home Environment

This family is deeply faith-centered and would love a nanny who respects and feels comfortable supporting Christian values as part of daily life by naturally incorporating kindness, respect, love, and faith-based children's books into everyday routines.

They prioritize nourishing, whole, organic foods and follow a thoughtful low-histamine diet for their daughter. Mom prepares most meals and will thoughtfully train and collaborate with the nanny so everyone feels confident and aligned. This season is meant to be a true partnership, and Mom is deeply committed to ensuring the nanny feels welcomed, valued, respected, and genuinely part of the family.

The family is welcoming their second child in early 2027. Because of this, they are hoping to find someone with hands-on experience caring for both infants and toddlers who is excited to grow alongside their family as their needs evolve.

They also have a sweet 7-year-old Golden Retriever who enjoys walks and playing in the yard.

The Ideal Nanny

This role is truly about becoming an extension of the family.

Mom is looking for someone who:

  • Is excited to begin as a collaborative Mother's Helper before naturally transitioning into a traditional nanny role.
  • Takes initiative and leads with confidence.
  • Is nurturing and warm while holding loving, firm boundaries.
  • Can proactively plan activities and get their daughter out into the community.
  • Balances calm assurance with flexibility.
  • Has a genuine passion for preparing nourishing, well-balanced meals and embracing a holistic approach to food.
  • Brings experience caring for both infants and toddlers and is excited to support a growing family.
  • Lightens Mom's mental load while communicating openly and working as a true parenting partner.

Added bonus if the nanny is a sports fan!

Dad's coaching schedule means he is often traveling or working long hours, so Mom is seeking a genuine second set of hands and a steady, confident presence in the home. While the position begins with a collaborative, side-by-side approach, the long-term vision is for the nanny to grow into an independent, trusted caregiver who confidently leads the day. Open communication, mutual respect, and a long-term mindset are incredibly important. There is also potential for travel with the family.

Schedule & Compensation

Start Date: Late July/Early August (or sooner for the right candidate)

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: Late morning or midday start through 6:00 PM
  • Friday: Shorter 4–5 hour day
  • Additional hours available for date nights, travel, and Sunday games
  • Through January: Consistent schedule ending around 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $27–30/hour depending on experience
  • Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week (with potential for additional hours)
  • 5 sick days
  • 5 PTO days of the nanny's choosing (with notice)
  • Additional paid time off while the family travels (including at least two weeks during the summer)
  • Standard federal holidays (time and a half if worked)
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Health insurance stipend based on the nanny's needs
  • Opportunity for additional hours and continued growth as the family grows

This is a beautiful opportunity for a confident, loving, proactive nanny who wants to build a meaningful, long-term partnership with a thoughtful, loving family entering an exciting new chapter.
