The Babysitter's Club

The Babysitters Club was established to offer qualified, safe, and reliable care for your children. We hold our babysitters to the same high standards as our nannies, ensuring the highest quality of care. Each babysitter undergoes a comprehensive interview process, including reference and background checks, before being hand-selected.

Whether you need a regularly scheduled babysitter or care for a one-time special occasion, we’ve got you covered!

                    ​                                 The Babysitters Club: 

A membership-based program that offers access to qualified, thoroughly screened babysitters up to 4 times per month—perfect for date nights!

Year Membership: $800-  up to 4x per month. If you exceed the 4 times/month there is a $30 agency fee per occasion.

6 Month Membership: $450- up to 4x per month. If you exceed the 4 times/month there is a $30 agency fee per occasion. 

Month-to-Month Membership: $100/month- includes care for up to 4x/month. If you exceed the 4 times/month there is a $30 agency fee per occasion. 

A La Carte: 

Special Occasion (One-time placement): $50- This is a great option if you are needing a babysitter for a planned night out! *Does not require membership, requires a minimum 48 hours notice 

Hotel Fee: $100 agency fee/day. Staying at a hotel in the Madison or Milwaukee area and need childcare? This option is for you! *You pay your childcare provider directly 

Wedding Fee: $175 agency fee/day or $300 for the weekend- Getting married and need childcare for your guests? This is the option for you!  *You pay your childcare provider directly 

Corporate Event: Tailor Made Nannies can help staff your event with high-quality childcare providers. Please reach out to discuss your needs & pricing in further detail 

Note: You pay your babysitter directly. Tailor Made Nannies does not pay the babysitter. Rates will depend on the hours, needs of care, and number of children. Rates must be agreed upon before day of care.  Rate range: $25-30+/hour. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations after the caregiver has been confirmed may be subject to agency booking fees. 
*If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 caregiving fee will be billed in addition to the booking fee.
