We are a full service, family-owned nanny agency, founded in Madison, Wisconsin in 2015.

The foundation of our agency is our nannies. We represent hand-selected, professional nannies who stand out from the rest. We do it all from the very beginning stages of the nanny's application and assessment to the thorough interview process, including extensive background checks, reference checks and continue to do check-in's throughout the nanny's contract. 

We have our babysitters go through the same process to ensure our families are getting the best care provider for their children; whether it's for one night or a regular scheduled babysitter for the family,
