A warm and welcoming family in Verona, WI is seeking a long-term Nanny House Manager to become an integral part of their home and support their growing family.
Both parents have demanding professional careers and are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, kind, and genuinely enjoys creating a calm, well-run household.
Their two children are happy, easygoing little ones. Their oldest (3.5) is an intelligent, thoughtful toddler who loves books, music, art projects, cooking alongside his nanny, and learning through hands-on experiences. He has embraced his role as a big sibling with ease. Their youngest (5 months) is a sweet and content infant who is just beginning solids and enjoys a calm, nurturing environment.
The family values a child-centered approach to caregiving with an emphasis on creativity, outdoor time, healthy whole foods, and meaningful engagement. They are a screen-free household and are looking for someone who enjoys reading, baking, cooking, attending classes and outings, and creating enriching experiences throughout the day.
This position is a true partnership. The family currently has a wonderful Nanny and is looking for someone who can work collaboratively with her, communicate openly, and help keep the household running smoothly. . Responsibilities include family laundry, organizing play spaces, maintaining common areas, resetting the home each day, light kitchen cleanup, seasonal organization, and proactively noticing and completing tasks that support the family's daily flow.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, emotionally intelligent, an excellent communicator, receptive to feedback, and takes pride in anticipating the family's needs. They are hoping to find someone who is looking for a long-term role, enjoys becoming part of a family's support system, and is excited to grow with them for years to come.
The family also has one friendly dog and two affectionate cats, so comfort around pets is important.
Schedule
Ideally the schedule will be a split schedule of: 7:30-9:30am; 11:30-330. There is flexibility for a more traditional schedule for the right candidate:

Start Date
Mid-August, with paid transition time alongside the family's Nanny prior to the official start date.
