Full-Time Nanny: River Hills, WI

A warm and welcoming growing family of five is seeking an energetic, experienced nanny to join their home and become a valued part of their parenting team. Both parents are busy professionals who deeply rely on their nanny to help keep the children’s days flowing smoothly. They view their nanny as a true extension of their family—someone who will be respected, appreciated, and supported in the important role they play in their children’s lives.

Family connection is central to this household. The parents love spending time with their extended family and prioritize meaningful time together when their schedules allow. They also enjoy traveling, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, and staying active as a family.

The family is also expecting a baby boy in early summer. The nanny will gradually transition to primarily supporting the newborn when the older children are in school and mom is off of maternity leave. Full care for newborn will likely start in January 2027.

Trips typically include several shorter trips throughout the year, along with one international trip lasting approximately 10–14 days. Daily responsibilities include child-focused tasks such as preparing meals and snacks, children’s laundry, keeping play areas and bedrooms tidy, organizing backpacks, and maintaining an orderly play environment. The family also has a house manager and values a team-oriented approach where everyone works together harmoniously.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $28–$30 per hour (guaranteed pay for 50 hours per week)
   
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
   
• PTO: 5 days of nanny’s choice PTO (with at least 4 weeks’ notice), plus all standard holidays
   
• Sick Time: Sick days taken as needed

• Travel: Nanny travels with the family; all travel expenses covered
