Full Time Nanny: Waunakee, WI

A warm, active, and welcoming Waunakee family is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and highly dependable full-time nanny to join their parenting team! With four children ranging from newborn to 11 years old, this family is looking for someone who can embrace the fun and energy of a busy household while providing a loving, structured, and engaging environment.

The family loves spending time outdoors, exploring parks, staying active, reading, music, and creative projects. Their children have wonderfully unique personalities and interests, and they're hoping to find a nanny who celebrates their individuality while encouraging kindness, independence, and responsibility.

The Role: The nanny will primarily care for the family's toddler and newborn during school hours, while also assisting with the older children's morning and after-school routines. Responsibilities include engaging in age-appropriate activities, maintaining daily schedules, supporting homework and extracurricular activities, preparing children's meals and bottles, and keeping children's spaces organized and reset.

Ideal Candidate: Someone with extensive experience caring for multiple children across different ages and developmental stages. Reliability, punctuality, organization, and strong communication are essential. The family values a calm, confident caregiver who can lovingly establish boundaries, navigate sibling dynamics, and foster a positive, respectful home environment. Early childhood education experience, musical interests, or bilingual abilities are wonderful bonuses!

Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with variable scheduling between 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday–Friday. Some weeks may require up to 60 hours, with schedules provided at least two weeks in advance and typically one month ahead. Overtime pay for anything worked over 40 hours in one week. 

Benefits: paid time off, five paid sick days, paid holidays, additional four week's of PTO during family vacations, and a health insurance stipend.

Compensation: $28-30+/hr 

The family also has a friendly Labrador and pet fish.
