Proudly serving families across all of Wisconsin
This warm, professional dual-physician family is seeking a long-term nanny who will truly become an extension of their family. They deeply respect and value their caregivers, welcome collaboration, and genuinely appreciate the insight and feedback a seasoned nanny brings to the role.
They have two sweet, active boys — ages 3 years and 19 months — who are curious, bright, and full of personality.
The 3-year-old is exceptionally inquisitive and loves understanding how the world works. His current fascinations include rocks and minerals, planets, and science-based exploration. He thrives on learning and engagement. His weekly rhythm includes half-day school (increasing in September), swimming, Little Gym, seasonal soccer, and he just completed his first cross-country skiing season. With a deep love of music, piano lessons are on the horizon this summer.
The 19-month-old is talkative, loving, and eager to keep up with his big brother. He has an impressive vocabulary for his age and delights in learning new words and numbers. He attends Little Gym, swimming, and weekend soccer classes.
When not at scheduled activities, the boys enjoy time in their large playroom, exploring outdoors in the backyard and neighborhood parks, and attending local events at places like the botanical gardens and zoo.
This family is seeking a hands-on, experienced nanny who:
Due to the nature of two physician schedules — including occasional overnight call — flexibility is an important component of this role. The family provides advance notice of schedule changes whenever possible and works thoughtfully to balance coverage needs.
Ideal start is late spring: Late April/Early May
This is a beautiful opportunity for a professional nanny seeking a respectful, communicative family who prioritizes their caregiver’s wellbeing and views them as a valued partner in raising their children.
