Tuesday + Thursday June Summer Nanny: Oconomowoc,WI

A fun + loving family is seeking a warm, confident summer nanny to support their four children during the summer months. This role is all about presence, engagement, and creating a safe, joyful environment where the children can thrive. 

The family has four children ranging from toddler to elementary age, making this an ideal opportunity for a nanny who truly enjoys caring for multiple children with a wide age range and feels confident balancing different needs, personalities, and stages of development.

• One elementary-aged child who loves to read, play sports, and stay active
   
• One kindergartner who loves play and structure
   
• A curious toddler full of energy and exploration
   
• A sweet one-year-old still in those precious early stages and loves trying to keep up with their older siblings
   

The children are active, loving, and thrive with a caregiver who is attentive, playful, and calm.

The heart of this position is simple and meaningful: being present. The family is looking for a nanny who can engage with the children throughout the day—playing, exploring, encouraging creativity, and providing steady, loving care. This is not a heavily structured or task-driven role; instead, it’s about showing up with warmth, patience, and a genuine love for children.

The nanny will also help with transportation to summer activities and summer school for the older children. A family vehicle is provided for all work-related driving.
