Nanny House Manager: West Madison, WI

A kind and welcoming family on the west side of Madison is seeking an experienced and loving nanny house manager to join their family. 

Mom and Dad have demanding careers and prioritize quality time together and with their children. Family walks, yard games, board games, painting, and traveling are some of their favorite ways to connect. They also love hosting friends and family.

The four-year-old  is sweet, energetic, and full of curiosity. He loves superheroes, cars, Hot Wheels, and arts and crafts. His parents focus on gentle guidance, helping him learn through natural consequences, and open conversations. He attends 4K at a local center and loves it. 

The family recently welcomed a sweet baby girl who is eight weeks old. They have loved transitioning to a family of four! 

This family is searching for a kind, calm, and energetic nanny house manager to care for the children and bring joy + warmth to their home. The nanny will manage daily daycare drop-offs for both the four year old and the infant. 

When the children are at school, the nanny will transition to the house manager aspect of the role. 

The family is seeking a NHM who appreciates an organized space and will value their organized system, which includes labeled bins and a well-ordered household. 

Responsibilities include meal prep, light tidying, family laundry, running errands, and general household organization.

Schedule: The position begins daily at 6:15 am, with tasks that include getting the children dressed, fed, and ready for daycare, as well as handling daycare drop-off around 8am. 

The nanny then has flexibility on when they want to complete the HM tasks (3x/week). Family to guarantee 20-25 hours/week. 

Compensation: $28-32/hr BOE 

Benefits: guaranteed pay, 5 days PTO, 2 paid sick days, extra PTO when family takes vacation, paid federal holidays, option for health insurance stipend, mileage reimbursement, raises and bonuses based on performance

Family has one friendly cat - NHM must be okay with cats 

Covid vaccination + annual flu shot is a must
