Infant Nanny: Madison, WI

A thoughtful and active professional couple recently relocated to the Madison area from the East Coast and are preparing to welcome their first baby this spring. They are looking for a nurturing, safety-conscious nanny to join them as they step into this exciting new chapter of parenthood.

Both parents are driven, organized, and proactive by nature, and they are seeking a nanny who brings a calming, steady presence — someone who balances their Type-A energy with confidence, warmth, and reassurance. They deeply value professionalism, clear communication, and peace of mind when it comes to their child’s care.

They are welcoming their first baby and are thoughtfully preparing for a smooth transition back to work in early June.

The family has two beloved Bernese Mountain Dogs who are absolutely part of the family. While no direct pet care is required, the ideal nanny must genuinely love and feel comfortable around large dogs. They are affectionate, present in the home, and considered the “first children.”

Start Date: Late May / Early June

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
   
• 9:00am–2:00pm
   
• Guaranteed 25 hours per week, flexible to offer up to 30 for the right candidate
   
• Some flexibility for schedule adjustments when needed
   

Compensation:

• $25–$27+/hour

Extra Notes:
Standard newborn-related care and light baby-related household tasks.

Mom plans to breastfeed and will step out during the day for feedings when not in meetings, so comfort working collaboratively in a work-from-home environment is important.
