Full Time Nanny Share: Downtown Madison, WI

Three welcoming, professional families are partnering together to find an experienced, warm, and dependable nanny to care for their infants in a thoughtfully structured nanny share. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who loves the infant stage, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is looking to grow alongside three first-time families.

The nanny will provide care in the host family's downtown Madison home five days per week, while the other two families each bring their infant on designated weekdays. The nanny will never have more than two infants in their care at one time, allowing for individualized, responsive care while fostering meaningful relationships with each child.

The host family's home is in the heart of downtown Madison and within walking distance of beautiful parks, the Capitol Square, libraries, and Lake Monona. With so many family-friendly destinations just steps away, there are endless opportunities for stroller walks, outdoor exploration, story time, and engaging outings as the children grow.

These families share very similar parenting values. They prioritize responsive, science-based caregiving, outdoor exploration, reading throughout the day, and hands-on, screen-free childhoods. They are hoping to find a nanny who will become a trusted partner during these early years and create a nurturing, engaging environment where each child can thrive.

The ideal candidate has previous experience caring for multiple infants at once and is calm, patient, organized, and highly communicative. They value proactive communication, consistency, and professionalism, while also bringing warmth, creativity, and genuine joy to each day.

• Compensation: $28–30/hour 
• Benefits: 40 hours guaranteed per week, Paid holidays, PTO, sick time, and mileage reimbursement
