Full Time Nanny: Middleton, WI

This warm, active, and highly engaged family is seeking a professional, long-term nanny to join their home as a true partner in supporting their three children and helping optimize the flow of daily life.

With demanding and high-profile careers, both parents rely deeply on consistent, organized, and thoughtful childcare support that allows their family life to run smoothly and intentionally.

As a family, they are deeply community-oriented and spend much of their free time outdoors, connecting with friends and neighbors, and actively participating in their children’s sporting events. They enjoy an active lifestyle that includes biking, golf, and time at their local country club. Strong relationships, connection, and shared activity are at the heart of their family life.

Their three children are:

  • Oldest (9, turning 10) – Athletic, curious, and highly social, he is a rule-follower who thrives with structure and encouragement. Very sweet and thoughtful.

  • Middle child (6, turning 7) – Easygoing, joyful, and affectionate, he is known for his humor and ability to go with the flow. He is social, adaptable, and has a big heart, often described as sweet, silly, and very resilient.

  • Youngest (2.5, turning 3) – A joyful, easygoing toddler with a sweet and loving disposition. She is described as happy, social, and deeply affectionate, often seen engaging with her brothers and expressing herself through hugs and kisses. She is an easy, happy toddler with a calm and warm temperament.

The family is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent nanny who will feel like a natural extension of their household. Their ideal candidate is someone who is confident managing a busy, structured schedule while remaining flexible, calm, and engaging with the children. Strong communication, forward-thinking organization, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential in this role. They place a strong emphasis on cleanliness, structure, and consistency within the home.

Equally important is a caregiver who is active, playful, and fully engaged with the children—someone who can match their energy, support sports and outdoor play, and create meaningful, enriching experiences throughout the day. The family values a nanny who is truly invested in their children’s emotional well-being and development and who is excited to become a long-term, trusted part of their family unit.

Primary responsibilities include after-school pick-ups and transportation to sports and activities, safely bringing the children home for afternoon routines, and supporting a smooth transition into the evening. The role also includes preparing snacks, assisting with dinner preparation, supporting bedtime routines, and helping with light household tasks such as children’s laundry.

The family is deeply thoughtful and generous, valuing a nanny who feels appreciated, respected, and truly part of the household. They are intentional about creating a positive, long-term relationship and are looking for someone who will grow with them over time.

They are open to a nanny who is comfortable with occasional travel and who enjoys being part of an active, engaged, and sports-centered family environment.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional nanny who thrives in structured, fast-paced households and is excited to support a warm, energetic, and community-oriented family with three active children.
