Full Time Nanny: Madison, WI

A fun, kind, and outdoor-loving family in the beautiful Maple Bluff neighborhood is looking for an experienced and dedicated nanny to join their family this summer! 

About the Family:This active family enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it's on the lake, golfing, playing tennis, or traveling. They frequently visit Colorado and love exploring new places together. Their home is filled with warmth, adventure, and a love for the little moments. 

They have a sweet, curious, and energetic two year old and just welcomed their second little girl in April. The nanny will be responsible for both children and play a key role in their care and development.

What They're Looking For: The family hopes to find a nanny with extensive infant and toddler experience who is looking to build a long-term relationship with them. The ideal candidate will:

• Have a genuine love for working with children.
• Be knowledgeable about developmental milestones and engaging activities.
• Be proactive, attentive, and able to take initiative without needing micromanagement.
• Work as a team with the parents to create a supportive, loving environment.
• Have strong morals and a kind, nurturing nature.
• Passport & comfort with international travel preferred 
• Someone looking for a long-term commitment and to truly grow with the family 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide 100% care for the children while in the home.
• Create and implement age-appropriate activities to foster growth and development.
• Read to the children, engage in indoor + outdoor play, and ensure a safe, loving environment.
• Travel with the family throughout the year. The nanny may also be responsible for over-night care when the parents travel solo. 
• Offer daily updates and share photos of the children’s activities.

Position Details:

• Start Date: August 4th or 11th (flexibility for the right candidate) 
• Schedule: M: 12-6, Tu: 8am-12pm, W: 12pm-8pm, Th: 8am-12pm, F: 9am-5pm
• Compensation: $26-$28+/hour (BOE)
• Benefits:
  • 30 hours guaranteed per week
  • Paid major federal holidays that land on the nanny's scheduled days
  • 5 days PTO of nanny’s choice
  • Additional PTO when the family takes vacation and the nanny is not traveling with them

  • All travel expenses covered when traveling with the family (outside of personal downtime expenses)
