Nanny: Middleton, WI

A welcoming and warm dual-physician family in Middleton, WI is seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for their sweet baby girl. 

Mom and Dad are laid-back, calm, and grounded individuals who deeply value the time they have together as a family. When not at the hospital, they love exploring new restaurants, traveling (Bora Bora and Santorini are favorite destinations), and spending quality time in their beloved city of Madison. Their mini Bernedoodle is a gentle and affectionate companion who adds so much joy to their home.

The ideal nanny  is someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and dependability to the role. A fun, bubbly personality who naturally connects with others will be a great fit. Given both parents’ hospital schedules, punctuality and reliability are essential; even five minutes makes a difference. 

Being comfortable around dogs and enjoying their company is a must. While no major pet care is required, occasional help letting the family’s friendly mini Bernedoodle outside, and optional walks with the baby, are appreciated.

The infant is so sweet and such a cuddly little one who is currently on a combination of breastmilk and formula and beginning to take bottles more consistently. She’s beginning to show her adorable personality and loves taking in the world around her.

The family is looking for someone to start in early to mid-December, with some flexibility on the exact date (first two weeks). 

Position Details & Schedule:

• Start Date: Early to mid-December (flexible)
   
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (6am–6pm typical; 10am–10pm on rare occasions)
   
• Schedule provided one month in advance
   
• Guaranteed 60 hours over a two-week period (overtime paid for over 40 hours in one week)
   
• Hourly Rate: $26–28/hour, based on experience
   

Responsibilities:

• All duties related to the baby’s care and development
   
• Providing a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment
   
• Supporting the family’s routines and parenting approach
   
• Letting the family dog out 

Benefits:

• Paid Time Off: One week of nanny’s choosing and at least two weeks aligned with family vacations (30 hours paid per week)
