Proudly serving families across all of Wisconsin
A busy + active physician household family in Middleton is looking for an experienced nanny to join their parenting team.
With 5 boys, they are always on the go. They love spending time outdoors, playing sports, cooking, and baking together. Dad is coaching the boys’ football team this year, which they are all very excited about!
The oldest (9) loves basketball + tennis and takes his big brother role very seriously. The 7 year old is incredibly sweet + kind and loves sports as well. The 5 year old is very smart and loves to cook + bake and love on his big brothers. The 3 year old is easy going and has the sweetest little personality. He admires his big brothers and goes with the flow. The youngest (one year) loves exploring his surroundings and trying to keep up with his older brothers.
The nanny will work with mom to divide and conquer the boys’ day. She hopes to find someone who can come in and hit the ground running. She does not wish to micromanage the nanny and truly values + respects their role. Mom is an open book and values open lines of communications.
The family hopes to find a nanny who can help navigate the children’s afternoon/evening schedule. The role will consist of helping with school pick-up, transportation to after school activities, assisting with homework, and dinner/bedtime routine. The nanny will be added to their membership at Bishops Bay Country Club and would love for the nanny to take the boys to play tennis, go swimming and have dinners there.
The oldest has ADHD and is on the spectrum. He is high functioning with subtle symptoms, but the family hopes to find a nanny who has experience with autism/special needs.
The ideal candidate will be patient, compassionate, organized, gentle, fun-loving and extremely reliable. Someone who is able to balance being warm + loving with getting on the floor to play and throw a football with the boys will be a great fit for this family. A major bonus would be a background in Psychology and/or a degree in Education.
The family values their faith and saying prayers before meals and bedtime. The boys attend Catholic school and hope to find a nanny with similar values. The nanny does not need to be religious, but does need to be respectful and supportive of these values.
The family also values clean, healthy eating and hopes to find a nanny that holds similar values. They are passionate about teaching the boys where their food comes from, supporting local + organic farms.
The family is looking for a nanny to stay with them long-term. They are truly looking for someone to become a part of their family and be a part of their parenting team for years to come.
