Full Time Infant Nanny: Madison, Wi (near West Side)

A fun, laid-back, and kind family in Madison is  seeking an experienced + loving nanny for their 10 month old daughter. 

Both parents are busy professionals in the restaurant business and in their down time they love to cook together, try new restaurants in the Madison area, go on hikes, golf and traveling. 

The 10 month old is sweet, curious and active. She loves going on walks, heading to the library for story-time, music class and loves extra snuggles! 

The ideal candidate will be warm, gentle -natured, calm, proactive, and organized. Someone who does not need to be micromanaged and is a great communicator will be a wonderful fit for this family!

Reliability is also key due to the nature of the parent's demanding careers. They truly view the nanny as an extension of their parenting team and want the nanny to feel appreciated + valued at all times. 

The nanny will be 100% responsible for the infant's needs throughout the day. The family hopes to find a nanny who will keep her stimulated with age-appropriate activities, read to her, and get her outside for daily walks. 

She is enrolled in several local activities and the family is open to any new ideas the nanny has as well. Mom + Dad love receiving pictures throughout the day and want the nanny to feel welcomed to send anything fun they are doing! 

The baby is the nanny's #1 priority, and when there is down-time, the family would appreciate help with baby laundry, keeping play areas organized and tidy, and letting their two sweet dogs out throughout the day. 

The parents are so excited to be welcoming a new nanny to their family. Interviewing now with the position starting in August - but open to earlier for the right candidate. 

Nanny's Schedule: M-Fr: 8am-5pm 

Compensation:  $20-25/hr BOE

Benefits: option for a monthly health insurance stipend, PTO when family takes vacation, 5 days PTO of nanny's choice, paid federal holidays, raises and bonuses based on performance, option to travel with family, mileage reimbursement
