Full Time Infant Nanny: Sun Prairie, WI

An active, fun-loving family in Sun Prairie, Wi is welcoming their first baby and seeking an experienced and compassionate nanny to join their parenting team. 

Mom and Dad enjoy staying active through working out, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with family, friends, and their beloved rescue dog. Humor is a key pillar of their relationship and home, creating a positive and lighthearted environment.

They are seeking a nanny that believes in fostering a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and development. While Mom works from her in-home office, the nanny will take full responsibility for managing the baby’s daily schedule and creating a stimulating, engaging atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will maintain the baby’s routine, create age-appropriate and milestone-focused activities, and foster their natural curiosity. Mom and Dad hope to find a nanny that loves big and will show their infant warmth, kindness, and undivided care. The nanny will be a trusted partner, working closely with the family to ensure a harmonious environment.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: Off

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $23-$25/hr gross.
• Benefits:
  • 5 days of paid time off per 12-month period.
  • Additional PTO when the family is on vacation.
  • 3 paid sick days annually.

  • Use of the family vehicle as needed.
  • Open to a health insurance stipend to support the nanny’s needs.
