Infant Nanny: Oconomowoc, WI

A kind, laid-back and loving dual-physician family located in beautiful Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time nanny to join them in caring for their first child.

Mom and Dad love spending time outdoors, staying active, and maintaining balance in their busy schedules. They are excited to welcome their first child this summer! 

Their home is shared with two beloved dogs: a mellow Great Pyrenees mix and a friendly, playful poodle mix who loves frisbee! Both are sweet-natured and part of the family’s relaxed, loving environment. The nanny must be comfortable with and enjoy dogs!  

 

This family is seeking a warm, grounded, and experienced nanny who is confident caring for infants and understands the needs of a first-time parenting household. The right candidate will be safety-minded, flexible, and capable of managing a full day with an infant; including feeding, sleep routines, diapering, and milestone development.

A strong foundation in age-appropriate care and a genuine love for nurturing young children are essential. This family values someone who feels like a natural extension of their home and who is committed to creating a loving, secure, and joyful environment for their son.

Preference will be given to candidates who are Covid-vaccinated and up to date on their flu shot.

• Start Date: Late October / Early November 2025
   
• End Date: July 2026
   
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with a start between 6:00–7:00 AM and an end time between 5:00–6:00 PM. Schedule provided monthly.
   
• Hours: Guaranteed 50 hours per week
   
• Compensation: $25+/hour, plus over-time

  • 5 days PTO + additional PTO when family takes vacation, 3 sick days, paid federal holidays, mileage reimbursement, option for health insurance stipend based on nanny's needs
