Full Time Infant Nanny: Madison, WI

A professional, warm and fun-loving family in Madison, WI in the popular University Heights neighborhood is seeking a loving + experienced nanny to join their household. 

Both parents have demanding careers in the medical field and value spending quality time together when they're not working.They are big foodies and enjoy cooking at home together, and exploring Madison's culinary scene. They love experiencing new things, whether it's attending a concert, checking out a Broadway show, or a local event. They value spending time with family and friends and enjoy getting outside for hikes and outdoor activities. The family is excited to welcome a baby boy in February! 

As first time parents, they are looking for an organized, punctual, and communicative nanny who has a proactive, creative spirit and enjoys planning fun, engaging activities. The family values a Montessori-style approach to play and encourages someone who can organize outings such as music classes, art classes, and library time, while also creating enjoyable + enriching in-home experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with infants and a strong understanding of developmental milestones. They are looking for someone who can grow with the family through all stages.. Hands-on experience with infants through toddlerhood is highly valued, as the family is seeking a nanny who can provide continuous, supportive care during these formative years.

The family’s home is within walking distance of several parks, the bike path, and the popular Monroe Street area, providing a vibrant and convenient location for the nanny to explore with the baby!

Compensation: $24-27/hr BOE

Schedule: M-Fr: 7am-5pm

Benefits: guaranteed weekly pay, 10 days PTO, 5 paid sick days, Additional PTO when family takes vacation, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, option for a monthly health insurance stipend

Notes: 

• Dad has an in-home office and works from home throughout the week when not traveling. On days he works from home, the nanny will be fully responsible for the baby. 
• The family dog, a sweet + friendly rescue mutt, loves going for walks. An added perk for a nanny who loves dogs!
