Full Time Nanny: Madison, WI

A warm, professional, and fun-loving family in Madison, WI is seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny to care for their sweet 5-month-old baby boy. 

Both parents have busy careers in the medical field and deeply value quality time together when they're not working. They enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants, attending concerts and Broadway shows, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Now five months into their parenting journey, they are excited to find a nanny who can provide consistent, loving care as their son grows. They’re looking for someone who is punctual/dependable, organized, and communicative, with a proactive and creative approach to planning developmentally appropriate, engaging activities. 

The family appreciates a Montessori-inspired philosophy and hopes their nanny will coordinate enriching outings like music and art classes, library visits, and outdoor adventures, as well as create fun, meaningful in-home experiences.

Their ideal candidate has hands-on experience with infants through toddlerhood, a strong understanding of developmental milestones, and a genuine passion for supporting children and families. This is a long-term role for someone excited to build a lasting relationship and become an integral part of their household.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
   
• Compensation: $26–$28+/hour, based on experience

Additional Notes:

• Dad works from home in a dedicated office when not traveling. The nanny will have full responsibility for the baby during work hours.

• Only COVID-vaccinated candidates will be considered.
