Full Time Nanny: Verona, WI

A vibrant, warm, and active family of five is seeking a highly experienced and calm, professional career nanny to join their household long-term. 

This family thrives on spending quality time together, especially outdoors, whether it’s biking, visiting the park, or simply enjoying their backyard. They love music and dancing, often turning up the tunes for a spontaneous family dance party. Cozy movie nights are another favorite tradition.

Children:

• Newborn (3 months at start): Loving her big sisters and taking in her surroundings!
   
• 2-year-old: Energetic and curious, she will be home full-time and thrives on structure and gentle guidance.
   
• 4-year-old: Attends preschool three mornings per week (drop-off at 9:00 AM and pick-up at 11:55 AM). A nanny who is confident driving (school is 15 minutes away) and can manage a smooth morning routine is essential.
   

During the summer, the nanny will have all three children full-time. Once school resumes in late August, the preschooler’s part-time school routine will begin again. 

Ideal Candidate:

This family is looking for a calm, confident, and nurturing nanny with extensive infant and toddler experience. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and thrives in busy households without becoming overwhelmed. Someone centered, emotionally mature, and responsive to children’s needs with warmth and consistency will thrive in this position. 

 Schedule:

• On-call weeks (26 weeks/year): 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
   
• Off-call weeks (26 weeks/year): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  Schedule provided at least one month in advance
   

Compensation:

• $25-27/hour depending on experience, plus overtime when applicable
   
• Paid shadowing days beginning mid-June

Additional Details:

• Pets: Two friendly Australian Shepherds. The nanny will simply be asked to let them in and out throughout the day (fenced-in yard).
   
• Family vehicle provided for driving children.
   
• Family focuses on healthy meals and snacks and would love to find a nanny who prioritizes this as well.
   
• Family is happy to offer additional dog-sitting hours if desired.
