Full Time Nanny: Sun Prairie, WI

 A warm, fun-loving family in Madison, WI is seeking a kind and joyful nanny for their toddler.

They are an active family who loves to travel and explore new places. You'll often find them trying out new coffee shops, visiting STEM play spaces, and spending time with their beloved birding dog. Dad enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hunting, while Mom has a passion for cycling.

Their soon-to-be 3-year-old son is a sweet, curious, and energetic little boy who brings endless joy to his parents. He has a natural curiosity, especially when it comes to anything with wheels, and loves taking things apart to see how they work. He's a loving and cuddly toddler who thrives in a nurturing environment.

The family is looking for a nanny who is open-minded, engaging, warm, and friendly. They hope to find someone who is energetic, well-educated, and values diverse perspectives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using gentle parenting techniques, setting boundaries with a balance of love and firmness, and supporting the toddler's development by meeting him where he is each day.

They would love for the nanny to plan fun and educational outdoor activities that encourage their son's curiosity and love for outdoor play. The nanny should be confident in supporting developmental milestones, assisting with potty training, and have a genuine love for working with toddlers. Additionally, the nanny will be responsible for meal prep, ensuring well-balanced and healthy meals and snacks for him.

Schedule and Start Date

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM - 4 PM (40-hour work week)
• Ideal Start Date: As soon as possible 

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Range: $23-$25 per hour
• Benefits: guaranteed pay for 40 hours/week, 10 days PTO, health insurance stipend, paid federal holidays, mileage reimbursement, annual raises and bonuses
