Full Time Infant Nanny: Oregon, WI

A warm and welcoming family in Oregon, WI is seeking an experienced + nurturing nanny to join their family. 

The family loves spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, running, or biking. They also have a passion for traveling and immersing themselves in new cultures.

In January, they welcomed their first child and are loving their new life as a family of three! Their baby is sweet, cuddly, and loves music, with current favorites including Fleetwood Mac, bluegrass, and calming piano tunes!

Ideal Candidate:

• A great sense of humor and a laid-back attitude is essential for fitting in with this family’s dynamic. 
• The nanny should be adaptable and able to respond to the baby’s needs, with a flexible approach to daily care.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about getting the baby outside every day (weather permitting) to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. 
• Excellent communication skills are essential for working in harmony with the parents
• The family is looking for someone creative, engaging, and intentional in providing a stimulating environment for their child’s growth and development.
• Open to feedback and willing to work as a team with the parents.

Pets:

• The family has an older, super sweet lab-mix who loves to snuggle! Someone who loves dogs would be a great fit for this family.
• Duties include walking the dog and filling his water bowl as needed.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm).
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
• Pay: $23-25 per hour.
• Benefits:
  • 10 days PTO (to be taken at nanny’s discretion within a 12-month period).
  • Paid holidays and a minimum of two extra weeks of PTO per year to align with the family’s vacation.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • $2000 annual health insurance stipend.

Start Date: July 9th/10th.
