Full Time Infant Nanny: Oregon, WI

 A warm and kind family in Oregon, WI is seeking an experienced and compassionate nanny to join their family.

They enjoy spending time outdoors, taking day trips to explore local nature preserves, hiking trails, and enjoying Wisconsin’s natural beauty. They recently welcomed their first child and are cherishing their time as a new family of three!

The infant is a sweet and snuggly baby. She loves movement and has been impressing her parents with her easy going personality. She thrives in a calm, nurturing environment.

Mom and Dad are looking for a nanny who can maintain their daughter’s daily schedule, ensuring a structured and consistent routine. They seek someone who can create and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate her curiosity, foster her development, and support her growth in a nurturing and engaging way.

The ideal candidate will be warm, loving, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a structured approach to daily routines. The family values someone who is intentional and deliberate in their caregiving, able to provide loving care while keeping their daughter’s day running smoothly. 

This position offers a wonderful opportunity to work in a warm and welcoming home with a family who truly values their nanny and working as a team. The family is interviewing now with the position to start the first week of February.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (42.5 hours per week)
• Compensation: $23-$25/hour
• Benefits: 5 days PTO of nanny's choice, 5 sick days, additional PTO to align with the family’s vacation schedule, paid federal holidays, mileage reimbursement or use of a family vehicle during working hours, option for monthly health insurance stipend based on nanny's needs, plus performance-based raises and bonuses
