Full-Time Toddler Nanny: Fitchburg, WI

A warm and loving dual-physician household in Fitchburg, WI, is seeking an experienced, professional, and engaged nanny to care for their sweet and curious two-year-old daughter.

Mom is completing her medical fellowship and has a demanding hospital schedule. In her free time, she cherishes quality moments with her daughter, enjoying outdoor activities, art projects, and reading together. Dad, a pediatrician working in the greater Chicago area, has a deep love for music and plays the guitar. He hopes to share his passion with his daughter as she grows.

Their daughter is a bright and social toddler who thrives on staying active and exploring new activities. She enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures. She is in preschool throughout the week and the family will rely on the nanny for transportation to and from school.

The family seeks a nanny who is genuinely passionate about working with toddlers and fostering their development. They want someone dependable, engaged, and fully dedicated to their daughter’s well-being while they are at work.

Nanny’s Weekly Work Schedule: 

● Tu-Friday with core hours between 6am-7pm 

● The nanny will receive the schedule one month in advance, coordinated with Mom’s hospital schedule 

● Any schedule changes will be mutually agreed upon in advance

• Guaranteed 40 hours/week of pay
• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• 4 days PTO per year 
• 3 paid sick days per year
• Additional PTO when the family is on vacation or when the nanny is not needed (with as much advance notice as possible)
• Paid holidays if they fall on a scheduled workday (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July)
• Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate 
• Annual review of compensation and benefits
