Full Time Nanny: Madison, WI

A warm and adventurous family is excited to welcome a loving and dependable nanny as they embark on their journey as first-time parents.

They welcomed their precious son in early February and have been cherishing their time together as a new family of three. Their little one is easygoing, loves snuggles, and is growing more expressive each day!

As a physician family, reliability and dependability are key in their ideal candidate. They hope to find someone responsible, organized, and fun-loving, who will not only provide exceptional care for their child but also become an extension of their family.

Their ideal nanny will:

• Love animals and be comfortable with their three friendly pets: a golden retriever, a labradoodle, and an orange domestic short-haired cat.
• Enjoy the outdoors and prioritize getting the baby outside daily (weather permitting).
• Be a strong communicator and able to work collaboratively with the parents.
• Have a genuine passion for working with children and love on their son as they would

Start Date: April 28, 2025 (Long-term position)
Schedule:

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 6 AM - 6 PM (typically off between 4-5 PM)
• Tuesday: 8 am - 12 PM
• Off Wednesdays 
• Flexibility for additional hours as needed
  Compensation: $23-25+/hour
  Benefits:
• 5 PTO days + 4 weeks PTO aligned with the family’s vacation schedule
• 5 sick days
• 40 hours guaranteed pay/week
• Holiday pay
• Mileage reimbursement or use of family vehicle
• $200/month health insurance stipend
