Proudly serving families across all of Wisconsin
An active, professional and kind family in Middleton is looking for an experienced and loving infant/toddler nanny to join their family.
As a family, they love to spend time outdoors, playing tennis, cooking, traveling and playing board games together. Both Mom and Dad have demanding careers and truly value spending 1:1 time with their children when they are not working.
The nanny's main priority will be providing high-quality care to the 10 month old. The two older children attend full days at Montessori school throughout the year, but will be in the nanny's care at the end of the day & on no school days. The nanny will assist with school pick up/drop off as needed.
The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, loving, and have a genuine excitement to be with children. Someone who is safety conscious, and highly experienced in infant care will be a great fit for this family. The family hopes to find someone who is dedicated, reliable and seeking a family to commit to long-term.
The family values healthy eating and supporting local + organic farms. They hope to find a nanny who also values this and enjoys preparing healthy, well-balanced meals + snacks for the children.
The nanny will be responsible for the maintaining the infant's day and engaging her in stimulating, age-appropriate activities to foster her growth and development. The family hopes to find a nanny who enjoys getting on the floor, playing, and being silly with the children.
Extra duties will be related to the children and include keeping common areas tidy + organized, the nursery stocked + organized, washing bottles/food prep items, keeping the kitchen tidy, etc. The family has a cleaning service and chef so no heavy cleaning or heavy cooking will be required.
Due to the demanding nature of the parent's careers, the nanny must be reliable and punctual at all times. Mom and Dad view the nanny as a vital part of their parenting team. They want the nanny to feel valued, respected and supported at all times and do not wish to micromanage them. They are looking forward to welcoming the nanny to their family!
The family is interviewing now with the position to begin first or second week of February.
Nanny's Schedule: M-Fr: 8:30am-5:30pm; potential for Fridays ending at 12:30pm if nanny desires
Compensation: $25-30+/hr *competitive compensation package BOE
