Proudly serving families across all of Wisconsin
A kind, fun-loving family in Madison is looking for an experienced nanny to join their family.
As a family, they enjoy baking, cooking, gardening and staying active. They are family-oriented and love spending time with extended family and friends. Fun fact: mom and dad are high school sweethearts! They recently welcomed their second child and are loving spending time as a family of four.
The 3.5 year old has the sweetest personality. She loves going to preschool and is known to be inclusive and make space for everyone. She is very in-tune with her emotions and has a big heart. She loves chatting with you, dancing, arts + crafts, and all things Frozen!
The 4 month old is a very calm, easy-going baby. He has recently started rolling and is starting to be more and more active. He loves going outside for walks and is starting to take an interest in food.
The nanny’s main priority will be the infant as the toddler is in full-day preschool. When she is out of school or home sick, the nanny will be responsible for both children. The nanny may help with the occasional preschool drop off as needed.
The family is hoping to find someone who is positive, kind, compassionate and a go-getter. Someone who is creative and enjoys planning fun, age-appropriate activities and outings will be a wonderful fit for this family. They encourage the nanny to get outside and are open to ideas the nanny has for activities in and outside of the home.
The toddler is at the age where she is testing her boundaries and becoming more and more independent. The family hopes to find a nanny who can set and hold firm but loving boundaries and support her through these transitions.
The main priority will always be the children. When there is down time, the family would appreciate help with the children’s laundry, maintaining their rooms + common spaces, unloading + loading the dishwasher, and meal prep for the children.
Due to both parents being in the medical field, it is imperative that the nanny is reliable and punctual at all times. They will rely 100% on the nanny for their infant’s care.
Mom and dad truly view the nanny as an extension of their family. They are interviewing now and are looking forward to welcoming their new nanny. They hope to find someone to stay with them for years to come.
