Full-Time Nanny: West Madison

A fun-loving + welcoming dual physician family in Madison is looking for an experienced nanny for their two boys. 

As a family, they love to stay active and be outside whenever possible. They enjoy going hiking, swimming, riding bikes and when time allows, they love to travel and explore new places together. 

The oldest (8) is sweet and outgoing. He loves to do activities, play soccer, baseball and golf, and has a major love for Pokemon cards. He is the best big brother and takes his role seriously! 

The youngest (4) is super sweet, loving + cuddly. He adores his big brother and tries to keep up with him as much as possible. 

The family is looking for a nanny who can help maintain the boys’ daily schedules and be a positive role model in their lives. They truly value the nanny’s role and view them as an extension of their parenting team. 

The ideal candidate will be warm, caring, fun, and patient. The family is looking for a nanny who prioritizes safety and encourages the boys to be respectful, kind and compassionate. Someone who values open lines of communication and working as a team will be a wonderful fit for this family. 

With both parents being physicians, reliability is key. They rely on the nanny to keep the boy’s days running smoothly while they are at the hospital. Having flexibility and being comfortable with a routine that changes with different activities for the boys is also important. 

The nanny will be responsible for helping start the boys’ mornings and getting them ready for school. After drop off, the nanny will have some down time where the focus can shift to helping maintain the boys’ laundry, unloading/loading dishwasher, and tidying of the common areas. The family wants the nanny to have some down time to relax during this time as well. The nanny will be responsible for school pick up and will have both boys in the afternoon. 

The family hopes to find a nanny who genuinely loves working with kids. They want someone who will not just supervise, but truly engage with their boys and create a meaningful relationship with them.

Interviewing now with position to start in August (as early as August 15th)/September (as late as September 11th)

Schedule: Tu: 7:00am-6:30pm, Th: 7:00am-3:30pm, Fr: 7:00am-6:30pm

*nanny will often times get out closer to 5:30/6pm 

Compensation: $24-28/hr

Benefits: 30.5 hours guaranteed each week (willing to add more hours if nanny desires), PTO when family takes vacation, 10 days PTO of nanny's choosing, paid holidays, mileage reimbursement, *benefits negotiable during interview process
