Children in Care:

• Oldest (8 years old) – A classic firstborn: competitive, cautious, very social, and a natural rule-follower. Sensitive and thoughtful, he thrives on routine and often just needs a little encouragement to try new things; after which he tends to love them.
   
• Middle (5 years old) – The easygoing heart of the family. Sweet, silly, affectionate, and always up for anything. Resilient and curious, with a big heart and joyful personality.
   
• Youngest (18 months) – An incredibly easy and joyful toddler. Affectionate, calm, and social, with a sweet and loving disposition. A true old soul who adores her older brothers.
  Note: She has an egg allergy and should not consume eggs or egg-containing foods.
   

What They’re Looking For:

This family is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent nanny to care for their three children and help keep their home running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, takes initiative, and loves engaging with children through both play and structure. Position Details:

• Start Date: Early August
   
• School Year Schedule:
   
  • 6:45am–8:45am (approximately 3 mornings per week; schedule shared 2 weeks in advance)
     
  • 2:30pm–8:00pm (includes collaborative evening/dinnertime routine)
     
• Summer Schedule:
   
  • 8:15am–5:15pm full days
     
• Transportation: Family vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed
   
• Duties Include: Morning routine, school pickups/drop-offs, managing after-school schedules, prepping kids' meals, supporting kids’ sports and activities, helping with evening wind-down, and ensuring the household flows smoothly so the family can enjoy meaningful time together
   
• Travel: Must be open to occasional travel

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28–$30/hour (commensurate with experience)
   
• Guaranteed 35 hours/week
   
• 10 days PTO (nanny’s choice, with 6 weeks’ notice); Extra PTO when family travels and nanny is otherwise not needed
