A kind and active father in the popular Nakoma Neighborhood is seeking a reliable, nurturing, and organized nanny for his nine-year-old son.
With a busy career, Dad makes it a priority to spend quality downtime with his son. They enjoy watching sports together, staying active, attending shows at the Overture Center, and traveling whenever they can.
The nine year old is a fourth-grader with a major love for sports (both playing and watching), especially soccer and lacrosse. Naturally curious and eager to learn, he thrives on hands-on activities and embraces both indoor and outdoor play. He has a kind, thoughtful personality and brings a sweet, fun energy to everything he does.
The role involves before and after-school care, transportation, and light household duties. Key responsibilities include:
Additional tasks include grocery shopping, running errands, light meal prep, and assisting with transport to sports practices. Occasional babysitting during evenings or weekends and flexibility for overnights would be a plus.
Qualities Sought:The family seeks a warm, calm, and proactive nanny who can engage with the nine-year-old in a structured yet fun way, supporting his active interests and learning. A nanny with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to parenting and a clear, positive communication style is ideal. Being a safe driver is a must and Spanish language skills are a bonus, as the nine-year-old is learning the language.
Compensation & Benefits:
Dad is excited to welcome a nanny as an essential part of his team and is hoping for a long-term commitment. He deeply values the role of a nanny and wants them to feel supported and appreciated. This position is set to start as soon as possible!
