A warm, adventurous & fun family in Middleton (on Lake Mendota) is looking for a wonderful nanny to join their family of 3 boys (9, 6 & 3).
As a family, they love traveling, cooking, spending time in nature, going camping and enjoying the lake year round.
The oldest loves building with legos, going fishing and listening to audiobooks. The 6 year old has a big + fun imagination and loves to ride his bike. The youngest loves to chat, read, play outside and do whatever his big brothers are doing.
The ideal nanny candidate will have a kind, friendly and warm personality with a genuine passion for working with children & child development. The family is looking for a nanny who has experience with multiple children and can feel confident when all 3 boys are home and in their care (after-school, no school days & in the summers).
The family would love for their nanny to be proactive and plan fun + engaging activities and outings for the boys. They hope to find someone to be hands-on with playing with them and most importantly maintain a safe & loving environment for them.
The family is also looking for their nanny to travel with them when they go on vacations. All expenses would be paid and the nanny would get a daily salary with down-time built in to ensure nanny gets time to enjoy vacation as well.
The family would appreciate help with meal prep, general tidying of the home (no major cleaning needed), encouraging the boys to help with chores, and helping the boys with the occasional homework/school project.
The family truly looks at their nanny as a part of their family and hopes to find a nanny to be with them long-term.

Schedule: M-Fr: core hours 2pm-6pm
*flexibility for an occasional weekly date night
Compensation: $22-30/hr BOE *position to be salaried for up to 40 hours/week
Benefits: One week PTO (3 days), paid federal holidays that land on the nanny's scheduled days, potential for raises and bonuses based on performance *benefits negotiable during interview process
Notes:
*Family has two friendly dogs, 2 bunnies & one fish!
*The boys have allergies to dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame and need the nanny to be cognizant of this while in their home
*Family considering vaccinated candidates only
*Nanny must be comfortable with Mom being in and out of the home during the day.
