Temporary Infant Nanny: Middleton, WI

A welcoming, kind & loving family in Middleton is looking for a temporary full-time nanny for their infant.

Both parents are physicians and have busy schedules, so when they aren't working, they enjoy spending quality time with their children. As a family they enjoy staying active (running, biking, yoga), cooking + baking, and spending time outdoors. 

The 10 month old will be the nanny's main priority as the three year old will be in preschool full-time. The nanny will have both children when the toddler has off days from preschool.

The three year old is sweet, fun and loving. He loves playing outside, venturing to local parks, baking, reading, and learning new things!

The family hopes to find a nanny who is genuinely passionate about working with children, is experienced working with infant- toddler/pre-school age and knowledgable on developmental milestones. The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, creative, calm + collected, responsible and empathetic.

The nanny will be 100% responsible for maintaining the infant's schedule, helping with nap routine, getting the baby outside for walks, and encouraging the infant's development through educational + age appropriate activities.

During nap time, the family would appreciate help tidying play areas, baby laundry, and preparing the toddler's lunch for the next day.

Due to their busy physician schedules, the parents 100% rely on the nanny to be reliable and dependable so they can be at the hospital on time.

Mom and Dad look at the nanny as a part of the family and their parenting team and hope to find a nanny who appreciates open communication. They want the nanny to feel loved and appreciated and do not wish to micromanage the nanny.

Position to begin end of May/early June. 

Nanny's Schedule: M-Fr: 8am-5pm

Compensation: $20-25/hr BOE + $500 sign-on bonus 

Benefits: Guaranteed 45 hours per week, PTO when family takes vacation, paid federal holidays that land on the nanny's scheduled days, $500 sign-on bonus
