Part-Time Infant Nanny: Middleton, WI

A warm, down-to-earth & music loving family in Middleton is looking for a part-time nanny for their infant daughter. 

As a family, they love spending time outdoors, reading books, listening to music, and watching sports. They welcomed their first daughter this year and have loved spending time as a new family of 3!

They are seeking an experienced and loving nanny to join their family for their 8 month old daughter. As first-time parents, they hope to find a nanny that will give them peace of mind she is in the best of hands while they are working, and truly view the nanny as a part of the family. 

The 8 month oId is incredibly sweet and loving. She enjoys reading, going for walks around the neighborhood + nature paths, and loves listening to music!

The ideal candidate will be confident in developmental milestones and keep the infant engaged and stimulated through age-appropriate activities. A nanny who is humorous, friendly, kind, loving and has a genuine passion for working with children would be a wonderful fit for this family. 

Both parents have in-home offices so the nanny must be comfortable with this. The nanny is 100% responsible for the infant and the family does not wish to micro-manage the nanny. They truly respect and appreciate the nanny's role. 

The number one priority is the infant, and when there is down-time, the family would appreciate help with baby's laundry, bottle washing, and general organization/tidying of the common areas. 

The family is interviewing now with the position to start as soon as possible

Schedule: M, W, F: 9am-5pm -or- M, Tu, Th, Fr: 9am-3pm

Compensation: $20-22/hr 

Benefits: 24 hours guaranteed, 5 days pto of nanny's choice, PTO when family takes vacation, 5 paid sick days, paid federal holidays, raises and bonuses based on performance
