Now servicing the Milwaukee area!
An active and loving family in Oregon is looking for a fun and experienced nanny for their 3 boys.
As a family, they value spending quality time together and enjoy going on nature walks, playing sports, exploring local parks, and traveling.
The eldest of the boys enjoys all things nature, reading, playing sports and listening to audio books. The 5 year old loves listening to music, playing his ukulele, and is a major sweetheart. The youngest is big into construction vehicles (diggers! bob cats!), trains and has recently started getting into imaginative play.
For the summer, the nanny will have all 3 boys in their care. The family will need the nanny's help getting the children to and from summer activities (swim, tennis, golf and summer camps), and planning fun activities for them to engage in.
In the Fall when school resumes, the nanny's day will begin with helping the boys get ready for school, preparing breakfast, and on Tuesday mornings, helping to get the boys to school.
When the toddler is not in preschool, the family hopes the nanny can give him 1:1 attention through fun and creative play-based + educational activities, planning fun outdoor adventures and really engaging with him.
After school, the nanny will have all 3 boys for a couple of hours. During this time, the boys like to have time outdoors and venture to their local parks.
The family hopes to find a nanny that has a genuine passion for working with children and has experience with multiples. The ideal nanny candidate will be personable, kind-but-firm, active, engaging, hands-on, responsible and loving. A nanny that enjoys playing sports is a major plus!
The children are the nanny's #1 priority, but when there is down time, the family would appreciate help with light housework (no major cleaning necessary), tidying the boys play areas, putting together crockpot meals and planning fun activities for the following week.
The family wants to support any ideas the nanny brings to the table for activities (arts + crafts, science projects, sensory play, etc) and will purchase any supplies needed.
The nanny's role is a very important part of the family. The family views the nanny as an extension of the family and wants the nanny to feel respected, loved and appreciated. The family hopes to find a nanny long-term.
