A wholesome, fun, down-to-earth family in Madison (Shorewood Hills) is looking for an experienced nanny house manager to join their family.
After moving state-to-state while in the Navy, they family has planted roots here in Madison. Both parents have demanding careers and value spending quality time together when they aren’t working. As a family, they enjoy being outdoors as much as possible, playing music, reading and traveling. They live near several parks, the lake shore path, and are members at the local community pool and enjoy swimming as much as possible in the summertime.
The 6 year old is an old soul. He is sweet, thoughtful, and inquisitive. He loves to figure out how things connect and loves to learn. He is passionate about world history, geography, and loves to build. He plays cello and enjoys expressing himself through music. He loves to tell stories and just sit and chat with you.
The 3 year old is very social and independent. She loves to figure things out on her own and show you how well she can do things! She loves dressing up, singing, making up songs and you can often find her running around dancing & singing.
Both children love to swim and do arts and crafts such as clay projects. They balance each other out nicely and push each other in positive ways. Both children are in Montessori school and were in the same classroom this last school year. This year, they will be in separate rooms and are excited to start this new chapter.
Mom and Dad are looking for a trusted partner to welcome into their family and assist with the day-to-day childcare and household management in their home. They hope to find someone who will become a part of their family and be with them long term.
The nanny will help with school pick up, transportation to after school activities, planning fun outings for the children and engaging them in creative, age-appropriate activities at home. They hope to find someone who has flexibility to help with the unexpected day-to-day challenges such as school closures/sick days, etc.
