Now servicing the Milwaukee area!
A welcoming, kind, down-to-earth family in Sun Prairie, WI is looking for an experienced infant nanny for their twin girls.
As a family, they love to spend time outdoors and enjoy camping, biking, canoeing, hiking and hunting. They also have a love for reading and spending quality time with friends and family. This summer, they welcomed twin girls and are excited for this new chapter as a family of four!
The twins were born premature and are currently in the NICU. They are expected to be home in the coming weeks and mom and dad are looking forward to getting settled in at home together. Despite being early, the girls are doing very well and reaching goals every day.
The family is hoping to find a nanny who is experienced + confident working with multiples. Experience with preemies is a major bonus.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, a good communicator, calm natured, nurturing, adaptable, and loving. Someone who will bring lightheartedness to the home and can balance being professional + personable will be a great fit for this family.
The nanny will be responsible for full daily care of the girls and engaging them in age-appropriate activities to help them learn, grow and reach their developmental milestones. The family truly values the nanny’s expertise and as first-time parents they hope to find a nanny they can work in harmony with to provide the best care possible for the twins.
The family has a big fenced-in backyard with a garden + chickens and envision the nanny taking the girls out there in the spring/summer to play + harvest veggies (so sweet!). They would love the nanny to get the girls outside for daily walks (weather permitting) and live near nature trails and parks.
The twins are the #1 priority at all times. When there is down time, the family would appreciate help with baby-related tasks such as keeping the nursery tidy + stocked, baby laundry, putting away toys, cleaning bottles/baby kitchen related items, and maintaining common areas. Help unloading/loading the dishes would be helpful as well. No extra duties will be expected.
Dad works from an in-home office separate from the twins’ area. He will 100% rely on the nanny to maintain the girls’ day so being reliable and punctual is key. When Mom and Dad have a lunch hour that aligns, they would love to take a break from working and take the girls out for a walk. During this time they would want the nanny to take a well deserved break!
The family is excited to welcome their new nanny to the family and are hoping to find a nanny long-term. Mom and Dad view the nanny as a part of their parenting team and do not wish to micromanage. They want their nanny to feel respected, valued and supported at all times.
