Full Time Infant Nanny: Verona, WI

A sweet, fun-loving family in Verona is welcoming their first baby and is looking for an experienced nanny to join their family. 

As a family, they love to travel and experience new cultures. They also have a love for sand volleyball and golf in the spring/summertime! They truly value family time and enjoy spending quality time together whenever possible. 

The are welcoming their first child this spring and hope to find a long-term nanny to join their parenting team. The parents will look to the nanny for their infant expertise and truly value the nanny's role. 

The nanny will be responsible for full-care of the infant. Duties will include maintaining their daily schedule, helping implement a nap routine, engage the baby in age-appropriate activities to encourage their growth and developmental milestones, and take the infant on walks to expose them to different environments. 

The ideal candidate views themselves as a part of the family and parenting team. Someone who values open communication, is calm, confident, has a sense of humor and is a true team player will be a wonderful fit for this family.  

The family wants the nanny to have the freedom to plan the infant's activities and welcome any creative ideas from the nanny. 

Extra duties will be directly related to the baby: baby's laundry, keeping the nursery tidy and stocked, and maintaining the common areas. 

The family is excited to welcome their new nanny. Interviewing now with the position to start in July, 2023. 

Nanny's Schedule: M-F: 8am-5pm

Compensation: $19-22+/hr BOE

Benefits: 45 hours guaranteed pay each week, 5 days PTO of nanny's choice, extra PTO when family takes vacation, 3 paid sick days, paid federal holidays, raises and bonuses based on performance and option for money towards health insurance. *benefits negotiable during interview process
