A sweet and welcoming family in Madison is looking for an experienced and loving infant nanny to join their family.
They welcomed their daughter a few months ago and have loved soaking up quality time as a new family of 3. They enjoy watching movies, exploring new coffee shops, and are active in their local church.
The infant is happy and easy going. She has been impressing mom and dad with her good sleep habits and has taken transitions very well!
The family is looking for a nanny who is experienced + knowledgable in all things infant. They hope to find someone who is confident in developmental milestones and will plan stimulating, age-appropriate activities to encourage her growth + development.
The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, engaging and have a genuine love for working with the infant-toddler age range. Someone who is adaptable, hands-on, and safety oriented will be a wonderful fit for this family.
The infant is the #1 priority. When there is down-time and as time allows, the family would appreciate help with baby laundry, keeping the nursery tidy, stocked & organized, keeping play and common areas tidy and helping to keep bottles/feeding related items washed. No heavy cleaning or cooking will be expected of the nanny.
Mom and Dad have demanding careers and will look to the nanny to maintain their daughter's day. They view the nanny as a very important part of their parenting team + family and want their nanny to feel respected and appreciated. They are looking for a nanny long-term and look forward to welcoming them to the family!
Interviewing now with an ideal start date of April 10th, but no later than the 1st week of May.
Schedule:
M-Fr: 8:30am-4:30pm
1 week out of the month: M-Th: 7:30am-5:30pm, Fr: 8:30am-12:30pm
Schedule known 6 months in advance
Compensation: $19-22+/hr BOE
Benefits: guaranteed weekly pay, 5 days PTO, 3 paid sick days, paid federal holidays, raises and bonuses based on performance, $500 sign-on bonus *benefits negotiable during the interview process
