A wholesome, kind and welcoming family is relocating to the Madison area this summer and looking for a loving nanny for their one year old daughter.
Both parents have demanding careers in the medical field and appreciate spending quality time together with their toddler, when they aren't working. They value eating family dinners together and love spending time outdoors. They also love trying new foods, cooking, painting, and exposing their daughter to new activities.
The one year old is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves to chat. She enjoys playing at the playground, reading books and joining in on whatever mom and dad are doing!
The family hopes to find a nanny who has a genuine passion + joy for working with children and will show her love & compassion as they would. The ideal candidate will be warm, patient, positive, nurturing, and affectionate. The family also appreciates a good sense of humor!
The family would love for the nanny to plan fun + educational outings for their daughter and expose her to new activities and places. They hope to enroll her in different classes around the Madison area that the nanny and her can go to together.
When there is down-time, the family would appreciate help loading/unloading the dishwasher, family laundry, maintaining the common areas in the house, light house-keeping such as vacuuming, and light meal-prep. No heavy cleaning is necessary.
The family is looking forward to moving to the Madison area and hopes to find a nanny who will be with them for many years to come as they grow their family.

Schedule: M-Fr: 7:30am-5:30pm
Compensation: $50,000 yearly salary
Benefits: guaranteed salary of $50,000/year, 1 week PTO of nanny's choice, paid federal holidays, $200 monthly health insurance stipend
