Now servicing the Milwaukee area!
A kind, active and loving family in Middleton is looking for a full-time nanny to join their family.
Both parents have demanding careers in medical and agricultural fields, and love spending quality time with their boys when they have down time. They enjoy adventuring to local parks, going on hikes, trying out new restaurants and visiting their family farm.
The family consists of 2 boys, ages 4 and 19 months. Both children are currently in daycare, but the parents are wanting to transition them out of the daycare setting to being 1:1 with a loving and engaging nanny.
The 4 year old is incredibly sweet, curious and loves to learn new things. He enjoys playing cars, trucks, hide-n-seek and has a major love of Bluey! The 19 month old is adventurous and bubbly. He loves to keep up with his older brother and loves all things farm. Both boys enjoy playing outside and playing tractors!
The nanny's main duties will be maintaining the boys daily schedules, limiting screen time by creating fun, and age appropriate activities to encourage + support their development, and most importantly, maintaining a safe and loving space for them to learn and grow in.
Due to the nature of the parent's careers (mom is a physician in the Madison area), it is imperative that the nanny is extremely reliable and dependable. The parents will rely 100% on the nanny to give them peace of mind that the children are in the best of hands while they are working. Being punctual and dependable is a non-negotiable.
The ideal candidate will be loving, warm, creative, organized, and reliable. They hope to find someone who values open-communication and has a genuine love for working with children. They would love for their nanny to get the children outside as much as possible and plan fun outdoor adventures for them.
