Now servicing the Milwaukee area!
A kind and welcoming family in Middleton is looking for an experienced + loving nanny house manager to join their busy family.
Both parents have demanding careers in the medical and insurance fields. When they are not working, they like to be as present as possible with their 3 year old daughter. As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors and have a love for cross country skiing. They value spending time with family and staying active.
The 3 year old is incredibly sweet and loving. She loves to read books, do art, and has a major love for Henry Vilas Zoo - she can be your tour guide to all the animals and attractions! She has an ear for classical music (Bach!) and is currently working on her ABC's.
The toddler is the nanny's #1 priority and will be responsible for maintaining her daily routine (including preschool pick-up). The family hopes to find someone to engage her in fun + educational age appropriate activities, plan fun outings, adventure to local parks and most importantly provide a safe, loving and nurturing environment for her.
The toddler has sensory processing disorder and is currently working with an occupational therapist. The nanny would help the toddler work on her at home work prescribed by her therapist a few times a week to support her growth and milestones.
With both parents having such demanding careers, they would appreciate help with the following household management duties in order to help them be able to spend quality, present time together:
Due to the nature of the parents careers, it is imperative that the nanny is extremely reliable. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, value open communication and have a genuine love for working with children.
Mom and Dad truly value the nanny's role and view them as an extension of their parenting team. They do not wish to micromanage and hope to find someone who can come in and hit the ground running. They love daily texts with pictures and updates on the day's adventures and want the nanny to truly feel a part of the family.
The family is hoping to find a nanny that will grow with them and be with them long-term.They are interviewing now with the position to start as soon as possible.
