Now servicing the Milwaukee area!
A professional, kind and loving family in Middleton, WI is welcoming their first baby this November. They are looking for an experienced infant nanny to join their family in February 2024.
Both mom and dad have demanding careers and schedules. When they have down time, they value soaking up quality time together. They love to relax at home, go on walks with their two black labs, travel and watch Wisconsin football together. They are very excited to be welcoming their first baby!
As first time parents, they will look to the nanny for guidance and support during this transition. They hope to find a nanny they can work in harmony with to provide the best care possible for their daughter.
The nanny will be 100% responsible for the infant’s care throughout the day. The family hopes the nanny will engage her in age-appropriate activities to help her reach her developmental milestones and above all, provide a loving, safe, and nurturing environment for her to play and grow in.
They live in a walkable neighborhood with local parks and would love the nanny to get her outside (weather permitting) for daily walks. Mom and dad welcome ideas the nanny has for social engagement as the infant gets older (little gym, library time, music class, play dates etc).
The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, trustworthy, loving and have a genuine passion for working with the infant-toddler age range. Being confident and knowledgeable on developmental milestones is a must. A nanny who is engaging + present while being able to nurture + encourage the infant’s independence will be a great fit for this family.
Although it is not a deal breaker, the family is passionate about exposing their daughter to different cultures. It is a major bonus if the nanny is bilingual and can speak to their daughter in another language.
The infant is the #1 priority at all times. When there is down time, help with baby related tasks such as baby laundry, tidying + organizing the nursery + common areas, and letting the dogs out in the fenced in backyard, would be greatly appreciated. No extra duties will be required.
Dad is finishing law school and mom has a demanding career outside of the home. Due to this, it is imperative that the nanny is reliable and punctual. Mom and dad view the nanny as part of their parenting team and truly value the nanny’s role and expertise. They are looking forward to welcoming their nanny to the family!
