Full Time Nanny House Manager: Middleton, WI

A fun, down-to-earth and loving family in Middleton is looking for an experienced & caring nanny house manager to join their family. 

Both parents have demanding careers in the medical field and value spending time as a family when they have down time. They love to ride bikes around the lake and explore new biking trails. They are a very active family and love spending time outdoors. Mom has a love for painting and Dad has a love for music. Together, they are coffee connoisseurs and love a good cup of coffee! "The more the merrier," is a favorite line with this family and you can often find them hosting their neighbors and cooking a meal to share with loved ones. 

The family consists of 3 children with one on the way. The 7 year old (girl) takes her big sister role very seriously and loves looking after her younger siblings. She loves animals and bird watching! The 5 year old (girl) is a total sweetheart who loves to sing, dance and hang with her big sister. The 2 year old (boy) is known as "the happiest kid ever," and loves to draw and color. The 4th sibling is due late spring. 

The nanny's main priority during the day will be the newborn and 2 year old. The nanny will be responsible for maintaining their daily schedules as well as the 5 & 7 year old's once they arrive home from school. The nanny will have all 4 children in the summers + when school is off and be responsible for getting them to and from their after-school activities. 

The nanny must have experience with infants to school age children and have a genuine passion for working as a collaborative team with mom and dad. Due to the nature of both parent's schedule, they will rely heavily on the nanny to help keep the household running smoothly and the children's daily schedules maintained. 

The family would love for the nanny to plan fun outings and adventures for the kids, getting them outside to explore nature, planning play dates, and engaging them in stimulating activities to encourage their growth + development. 

The household management duties will consist of: family laundry, emptying + loading the dishwasher, light meal prep + cooking, taking out the trash, general organization of the common areas, keeping stock of items needed, running errands, etc. The family has a cleaning service so no deep cleaning will be expected. 

The ideal candidate will be extremely reliable and someone the family can truly count on. The family loves to have fun and crack jokes, and hope to find a nanny who is lighthearted and enjoys a good laugh. Someone who is organized, calm, confident and knows how to set healthy boundaries for the children will be a wonderful fit for this family. The family hopes to find a nanny who can instill confidence in their children and empower them to find solutions when appropriate. 

The family is looking for someone to grow with them and stay with them long-term. They are open to a live-in nanny for the right candidate. They view the nanny as an integral part of the family and want them to feel love and respected at all times. 

The family is interviewing now and the position begins in June with flexibility for a later start date for the right candidate. 

Schedule: M-Fr: 7:30am-5:30pm

Compensation: $25-30+/hr *competitive compensation package BOE
